Questions,
answered.

Everything Australian businesses need to know about part-time and full-time offshore staffing, managing a Remote Partner and growing the role over time.

What businesses
usually ask us.

Open any question below for a straightforward answer.

01Is 20 hours a week enough to make a difference?

For many admin, support and back-office roles, yes. It gives a capable person consistent weekly ownership of recurring work without requiring a full-time position.

02Do you offer both part-time and full-time staff?

Yes. You can hire a dedicated Remote Partner part-time from 20 hours a week or full-time at 40 hours a week. We help you choose the schedule that matches the role and workload.

03Can I increase hours later without changing staff?

Yes. Hours can grow with your existing team member, from 20 hours through to a full-time 40-hour schedule as your needs change.

04Who manages my Remote Partner day to day?

You set priorities and lead the day-to-day work, just as you would with any team member. We stay beside you with onboarding, regular account support, payroll, HR and compliance, and help if a concern needs to be worked through.

05Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Part-time and full-time arrangements are month-to-month by default, giving your business ongoing support without a long-term lock-in.

06What happens if the role grows?

We can help you increase the hours of your existing Remote Partner, so you can add capacity without re-hiring or re-training.

07What work is not suited to a part-time role?

Work needing constant real-time coverage across a full local business day is usually better suited to full-time. We will tell you honestly if that is the case.
